Andrew Richardson
Liberal Party of Canada
Hamilton East–Stoney Creek
Andrew was born and raised in Hamilton and is proud to call Hamilton East–Stoney Creek home. Growing up in a working-class family, he learned the values that continue to guide him today: hard work, personal responsibility, integrity, and a commitment to helping others.
His parents' example taught him the importance of perseverance, standing up for what is right, and never forgetting where he came from.
For nearly a decade, Andrew has worked within the federal government, helping to deliver programs and services that Canadians rely on every day. Through that experience, he has developed a strong understanding of how government works and how to turn ideas into results. He has built a reputation for being thoughtful, hardworking, and focused on finding practical solutions to complex challenges.
He is ready to deliver results for Hamiltonians on day one.
Andrew's priorities are straightforward. He believes that we must protect and grow more good-paying jobs, that we must absolutely support Hamilton's manufacturing and steel industries, and we need to ensure that future generations can build successful lives in the community they call home. He firmly believes that a strong and free Canada has to be built on a strong economy.
Andrew is running to be the next Liberal Party of Canada candidate in Hamilton East–Stoney Creek because he is driven by a deep commitment to his community and the people who live here. He is committed to focusing his experience, work ethic, and dedication to public service towards building a stronger Hamilton and a stronger Canada.
Above all, Andrew believes that public service is about putting people first, listening to the community, and delivering real results that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
